Respect for the right to free association is one of the main principles in our rela- tionship with employees. The Employ- ment Conditions frameworks which are implemented in the areas of action serve to guarantee that the activities that are developed always respect the profession- als and are appropriate to their jobs.

The conditions framework is established through the Collective bargaining and Agreements, which helps us maintain a relationship and two-way communication

with the trade union associations and the legal representatives of the workforce. In addition to complying with the legislation in force, the Code of Ethics and Conduct reflects our commitment to working in accordance with internationally recog- nised laws and practices, such as the United Nations Universal Declaration on Human Rights, the Declaration on Fun- damental Principles and Rights at Work established by the International Labour Organisation (ILO) and the guidelines for multinational Enterprises of the OECD.
